It's national cheese day and we cannot think of a better food to celebrate. We are always hard pressed to pick a favorite cheese. It is always a different variety that goes first on the tray. We try to put out a cheese tray at least once a week. Such an easy weeknight meal after a hard day. It also makes a fabulous weekend lunch. What's your favorite way to enjoy cheese?
