We love all things ice cream. We also love to adult our ice cream up with various spirits. Here is a delightful combination of coffee and Kaluha. This also makes a delicious milk shake when you add some milk and blend it up.
INGREDIENTS
2 c heavy cream
1 c milk
2 large eggs
3/4 c sugar
3 T instant espresso
1/4 c kaluha
DIRECTIONS Mix all ingredients together in canister for ice cream maker. Cool in refrigerator 3-4 hours. You will want to make certain the mix is as cold as possible to help the freezing time (due to alcohol in the mix). Add to machine and process according to manufacturer's directions.
