We love celebrating any and every food holiday we find. Cheesecake wasn't much of a hardship for us. Cheesecake is Alans favorite desert so we have prepared it many ways. Peanut Butter and chocolate is one of my favorites so it was an easy decision to combine the two.
Peanut Butter Cheesecake (No Bake)
INGREDIENTS 1 package cream cheese, softened 3/4 creamy peanut butter 1/2 c powdered sugar 1 cup peanut butter sandwich cookie crumb 2 T melted butter 1/2 c chocolate fudge optional toppings: peanuts whipped cream Luxardo or maraschino cherries
DIRECTIONS 1. Mix cookie crumbs and butter in dish until well blended. 2. Blend cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar. Set aside 3. Split crumb mixture between four small dishes. Top with thin layer of fudge sauce. Add cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate two hours or up to overnight. 4. Top with optional toppings of choice and enjoy,
