A while back, the "pickle pizza" went viral. Of course, being the food lovers that we are, we had to give it a try. I have to say, we were shocked at how satisfying it was. It is so good, it has become a regular snack in our house. It is a common pot luck item and is always followed by a recipe request. This can also be very easily converted to keto by using a fathead crust.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 c ricotta
1/t t ground black pepper
2 oz cream cheese
1 T dill weed
1/4 c sliced dill pickles
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 t dill weed
4 pitas
DIRECTIONS Mix ricotta, black pepper, cream cheese, and dill weed. Divide and spread on pitas. Top with pickles, garlic slices, and dill weed.
