Wagyu Burger

We really weren't sure what we would think of ground Wagyu. Would it be worth it? Would the flavor really be next level? We are very fortunate to have a new butcher in our area that has an amazing selection. We can't seem to keep ourselves out of there.


We did not want to hide the flavor of the beef in these burgers so we simply seasoned with salt and pepper. We topped them off with provolone cheese, caramelized onions and sautéed mushrooms. We spread the smallest amount of mayo on the top Brioche bun. There are not words to describe how good these are.
