Dijon Wings


It's Wing Wednesday and we have a fun variation for you. There are not many things that we eat repeatedly, but wings are on the menu at least a few times each month. We love a good buffalo wing, but it can get boring if it's all we make. This is a wonderful version with mustard and shallots. The Dijon lends just the right amount of spice. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.


INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 T dijon 1 T dry white wine 1 T honey 4 T butter, melted 1 T herbs de provence 1 t pepper 1 T shallot salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste 1 # chicken wings

DIRECTIONS 1. Season wings with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Airfry at 400 for 20 minutes, turning half way through. 2. Mix all other ingredients together in bowl. 3. After wings have slightly cooled, toss in sauce bowl. Enjoy!!
